This machine has the size of an integrated domestic dishwasher or washing machine. It is a free-standing or integrated appliance built in two sections, integrating a bin for placing all recyclable waste (plastic, aluminium cans, paper, glass and organic waste separately) and the shredding/accumulating section with empty containers for the sorted shredded materials.
Our customers must place all their recyclable parts of the domestic waste into the designated bin section. Any organic waste has to be deposited in a separate part of the bin until it becomes full.
Next, after cleaning and removing any labels, stickers and caps etc the cleaned plastics are separated by type and put through the shredder. The result is clean, separated PET, HDPE, PP, PE waste flakes ready to be reused in the new Plastic Circular Economy.
