This machine has the size of an integrated domestic dishwasher or a free-standing appliance built from three shelves/sections:
1. Shredding shelf
2. Mixing with other materials section
3. Removable, optional melting oven section
Our customers will place any plastic waste into the machine’s shredder. Next, once it is processed the shredded plastic flakes are mixed with other materials such as sawdust, glass, sand, styrofoam etc, and are then directed into the Form section where they will be halfway melted. The outcome is a lightweight, cheap and colourful building material for outdoor tiling, outdoor fencing, garden sheds etc.
